BREAKING NEWS - THE NEW BIKE TEST
The motorcycle test changed on Monday 27th April, 2009
At the end of April, the DSA introduced an extra part to the motorcycle test. The aim was to further test slow speed control, braking and hazard avoidance.

Direct Access Scheme (DAS)
This is an advanced test for the Category A licence group
To qualify for DAS you have to be 21 or over, take your training and test on a motorcycle with a power output of 46.6bhp or more (normally a 500cc bike or over), then you will have a licence to ride any size bike unrestricted! DAS may not be suitable for the smaller or less confident rider.
